description: “Cooking the Market” is a fresh, new cooking class held at Midtown Global Market and led by Chef Molly Herrmann of Tastebud Catering. The classes’ goal is to introduce participants to the fresh, unique ingredients the Market has to offer and to spark inspiration for creative meals.
Participants will first enjoy a course on various local cheeses, with descriptions and tasting notes given by the Market’s Grass Roots Gourmet owner Vicky Potts. The class will then tour the Market, exploring the wide-variety of local, sustainable ingredients to determine the main menu.
